Justice Will Come

It’s just another day out of paradise.

As we walk further from the garden and into a darkened world of our own creation, we allow the father of lies to wreak havoc at every turn.

We have fallen and keep tumbling. Fear drives people to self-righteous attitudes and misconstrued beliefs. They don’t like a lecture of truth. People only throw straw man to justify their post-modern thought processes and ease of chains to a worldview that seems too difficult to adhere to.

Lies, it’s just another day away from Eden. Another day leads to another generation of unjustifiable behavior without mercy to truth.

His mouth is full of lies and threats; trouble and evil are under his tongue.
Psalm 10:7 NIV

He laughs at how far down we’ve gone. He thinks he’s winning, blinded by his own self-glorious deceit knowing full well that victory lies out of his hands.

In the meantime we are dragged down by the pawns of his whim. We forget to grab our armor and testify in truth. As people laugh and mock, we lean towards cowering. Our hearts want to stand in truth, but our minds are belittled in judgment.

Stand strong. Be brave. Never give in. You can easily unfollow, unfriend, and burn the ships. Don’t look back.  Move forward and seek the Lord’s will. Don’t just be a casualty of ease and popularity. Fight for right and justice will follow.

Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!
Isaiah 30:18 NIV

The Lord has mercy on His children. He establishes His justice across all time and space. His wrath will come down and the eternal kingdom will reign by His mighty rule.

Move forward and seek the Lord's will. Don't just be a casualty of ease and popularity. Fight for right and justice will follow. Click To Tweet

Let us magnify the Lord. May we not go astray as the world darkens around us. Stand in the light, fill the gaps, and share the hope of truth. Do not be afraid for the Lord, the only God, goes with you.

  1. Maryanne, I love everything about this message! ‘Stand strong. Be brave. Never give in. You can easily unfollow, unfriend, and burn the ships. Don’t look back. Move forward and seek the Lord’s will. Don’t just be a casualty of ease and popularity. Fight for right and justice will follow.’ A beautiful call to step out and trust God in everything. So glad you shared on Fresh Market Friday and looking forward to more encouragement! WELCOME!!

  2. It’s about standing at the empty tomb, for He is Risen no longer does the enemy have any power as that promise in the garden has been fulfilled…

Looking to the place where He ascended & sits now at the right hand of God! He has the power in our lives as we have placed Him there on the throne of our hearts! Peace, perfect peace overcomes any puny fiery darts from the enemy 😀

You’re most welcome to drop by for a cuppa,
    Blessings to you,
    Jennifer

  3. Stand strong! Sometimes it seems so hard – and that evil and injustice is, indeed, winning – but so glad we can stand strong. In His strength. And can make a difference!

  4. We need to stop listening to lies and stand our ground. Always remembering to put on our armor. Thank you, great reminders.

  5. God will make all things right. There is a reason for everything, and a time for all things. God can give us strength and peace while we wait for Him to work.

  6. “We forget to grab our armor and testify in truth.” We do need to be courageous and stand for truth. God has given us his word and he is faithful. I am spending more time in prayer.
